Returns and refunds

At Freedom Sweet Treats, everything we make is baked fresh, per order, with real ingredients and real time. Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or resell any items once they’ve left our kitchen.

No Returns

For the safety of all customers,
we do not accept returns on any baked goods.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot come back to us.

Refunds

As a small-batch bakery, every order requires time, ingredients, and care. This means refunds are not automatically granted.

However, we are committed to fairness.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

• Your order arrived damaged

• You received the wrong item

• There was an issue on our end

In these cases, we will work with you to make it right—whether that means a partial refund, a replacement, or store credit.

What We Don’t Cover

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Packages delayed by USPS
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Not liking a flavor
• Cookies melting or softening due to heat (they can be revived in 3–5 seconds in the microwave)
