We bake to order.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order ships.

This includes mixing, baking, cooling, sealing, and preparing your cookies for travel.
We don’t rush the process. Freshness matters.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
• 3–7 business days via USPS

Timing varies based on your location and the current USPS workload.

During holidays, weather events, or carrier delays, shipping may take a little longer.

We’ll always keep you updated.

Freshness Guarantee

Your cookies are sealed for softness and sent out with care.

If your package arrives later than expected, the freshness seal keeps the cookies soft and ready for a quick 3–5 second warm-up in the microwave.
