Welcome to Freedom Sweet Treats.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering

All of our products are baked fresh to order.

Once an order is submitted, it begins our preparation and ingredient-purchase process.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (billing issues, duplicate orders, address concerns, etc.).

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in USD.

We accept payments through trusted third-party processors such as Big Cartel’s partner options (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed.

3. Processing Time

Our bakery operates in small batches.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier workload.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier (weather, holidays, facility issues, etc.) are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.

We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

5. Non-Returnable Perishable Goods

Because our products are fresh, perishable food items:

• Returns are not accepted

• Opened or delivered goods cannot be sent back

This policy protects food safety and the integrity of our bakery.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not automatically granted and are reviewed case-by-case.

We may offer partial refunds, replacements, or store credit if:

• Your order arrives damaged

• We made an error in your order

• There is an issue with quality that we determine is valid

We do not offer refunds for:

• Carrier delays

• Melted or softened cookies (revivable by warming 3–5 seconds)

• Taste preferences

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

To request review, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

7. Allergy Notice

Our products are made in a kitchen that may handle:

nuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and various baking ingredients.

We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.

8. Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

After ingredients are prepped or baking has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

9. Use of Website

All content, photos, logos, and descriptions on this site belong to Freedom Sweet Treats and cannot be copied or used without permission.

10. Liability

Freedom Sweet Treats is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Postal delays

• Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS

• Improper handling after delivery (e.g., leaving outside in heat)

Once USPS confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.

Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date
